I’m very impressed with this Lemon Flavor Concentrate for Food. The flavor is clean, zesty, and tastes like real lemon rather than candy or chemicals. It’s highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Perfect for baking, beverages, and even savory recipes.

I love to bake and am known for my cakes. I am always trying to find way to make them better though. I was skeptical about purchasing this item because I wanted to use something a little different then just a normal extract, but i decided to try it for experimenting purposes. When I first opened the bottle and smelled it, it smelled very strong like a strong lemon peel. I tried it in my lemon pound cake and here is what I thought. I think that while the cake was still warm, it kind of had an after taste to it and it was very lemony. I thought I may have placed too much flavoring in. After it cooled completely, the cake was heaven! Some of the intenseness of the flavoring seemed to have settled with the cooling of the cake. Anyway, as usual, I received many positive comments and the cake was yummy! This is a wonderful product and a great alternative to extracts. I can’t wait to try their other flavors!

I love the simplicity of just a little drop goes a long way and the natural tart flavor that explodes against the tongue when added to your favorite recipe be it treats or beverages and even afternoon brunch, maybe the culinary weapon secret ingredient to the family bainqent or romantic dinner for two. I love this stuff so much it is my new favorite flavored oil I've already purchased a second flavor and have a list of so to try from the multiply abundant variety to choose from. well worth every cent I highly recommend. oh also makes great vape flavoring for those who partake.

This was a good purchase and I appreciated the eye dropper. I used with fresh squeezed lemon juice so it wouldn’t taste like a fake lemon flavor.
