Good quality, a bit tricky to find the right technique in the beginning to tighten the belt properly. Managed after watching couple of videos.

Comfortable, sturdy, lightweight
Bought to be a lighter weight belt option for throwing into my gym bag when travelling about, but I now use it as my only belt most of the time. used it for CrossFit and associated weightlifting. I wasn’t sure how comfortable it would be initially without any padding but after a few months of use, I can say that was no issue at all. Very comfortable, offers good support to the core during lifts and releases quickly whether using the threaded locking mechanism or just doubling back on the velcro; ideal for transitioning from one movement to the next. Finally, I got the squat programme it comes with which was a great touch, and E26 provide excellent post purchase service to help you get the most out of your belt.I don’t really have any negative points; it does everything I want. I would say I’m not the strongest lifter so I’m not sure how supportive it is on crazy weights, but probably plenty! Generally very happy with it. Highly recommend for CrossFit and general lifting.

Works for weight lifting and pain
Initially, I started using this belt when I was having back problems. After a few days of wearing it, my back got a lot better. I liked that I was able to use it conspicuously under my shirt when going out. I've worn it many times and it still going strong.Now I use it for weight lifting, especially if you want to better your posture and have support while using it. It's flexible and sturdy at the same time and it doesn't loosen up during workouts. Adjusting the belt is also very easy since you don't have to deal with belt prongs and holes. The width is reasonable and doesn't interfere with ribs, you can truly have full range of motion. Good quality, recommend it.

Working great
A lot of friends at the gym use this brand, I was actually surprised to see how cheap it is. The belt works great, stays locked until released and supports nicely the core and the back. Highly recommended!
