Excellent quality product for baking. I have used this for four years to make frosting for my business. I will not use anything else. Worth every penny! No bad taste as other brand can have and mixes nice and smooth. Package arrived in great shape!

I use this merengue powder to make royal icing and Swiss buttercream frosting. The royal icing made with this merengue powder is easy to work with gives the cookie an airy crunch. Most importantly it tastes delicious. I use the Swiss buttercream frosting for making cake pops and have had an abundance of compliments on the flavor. You can refrigerate the leftover frosting for up to a week and just fluff it up in your mixer when ready to use.

I had to change the meringue powder I use. The creative cookier meringue powder is so nice. No clumps, easy to use, and has a subtle vanilla taste. Highly recommend.

I love this meringue powder, it works great in my royal icing. It does not have the weird smell that some other meringue powders have. It always provides the perfect consistency when I make icing.

I purchased this meringue powder on the advice of several cookie decorating websites. I usually use real egg whites, but wanted a safer alternative (and not to have all those egg yolks left over). This powder worked well, and didn't have a strange flavor or leave any after taste. I also used a recipe with corn syrup for the first time. The cookies turned out great. The powder mixed in well and I had no problems.The only con I have is the cost. For one batch of frosting you use 4-5 tablespoons of powder. The bag says 10 "portions" of 1/3 cup.

There are not enough words to describe how much I love this product. I'm a professional cookie decorator, and this is the only merengue powder I will use. It has an excellent vanilla taste right out of the bag, making your royal icing taste amazing without adding extra flavoring. It also doesn't have the bitter aftertaste that many associate with meringue powder. It may be a little more expensive, but the results are worth the cost!!! It blends easily without clumping in the mix, and a little goes a long way. I've been able to cut back on the amount I add to my recipe, and it still crusts over perfectly every time.
