Definitely buy again
Arrived safely well packed in a very nice presentation box , I’ve had a few different hair straighteners not for my hair but for my wayward beard and this model I have had one similar before I’ve found to be the best and this is no exception does a brilliant job I’m very pleased, the old saying you get what you pay for and I’ll definitely buy again

Fine for longish hair
Fine for second day straightened hair but doesn't work for my fringe so wouldn't buy again or for someone with short hair.

Very happy
Bought after using the GHD Glide for a few months and not liking the set temperature of 185c as I have fine hair and found it too hot and damaging to my hair. Love this hair straightening brush as it goes as low as 130c up to 210c so a temperature to suit all hair types. I use it on 150c and it’s so much better for my hair. Would highly recommend!

Not so good for my hair type
Didn't really work on my very fine curly hair, back to straighteners for me, but I have it to my friend Nd it's great for her longer hair

Fault and cant return
The product was working fine, but now when it’s turned on it just keeps heating up and won’t respond when turn to a lower heat, and steam/smoke comes out of it. Not safe to use, we can’t use it. I’ve tried to process a return, but there is no way to do it on Amazon that I can see
