Really cool marble effects
I've never used something like this so a bit disappointed at no instructions. Watched a few videos how to do it and it seems these are a bit different to use than a real "hydro dipping" method. The colors are kind of blah and would have preferred some bright pretty colors but still fun to make. Definitely have to wear gloves or you will have stained hands! I may have to get other colors because this is fun to try different things to cover. Next will try a flower vase! Would recommend.

Pretty Blues & Easy
This is so easy to use! I watched some video tutorials online to learn the process. All you do is use regular water and drip the Easy Marble onto the top of the water, you create your design, and then dip your paper or whatever object you are going to “color” in. There is no messing with the expensive carrageenan powder which is the traditional way to marble. The tip was given in a video to use 10–15 drops of your first color and then you can use less drops of the subsequent colors, that did work great. The bottles have a dropper hole. Shake well! If you have been afraid to deal with the regular process of paper, marbling, give Easy Marble a try. It does have an odor to it just before warned. I also advise that you wear gloves because it can stay in your hands. I used freezer paper to keep my table, clean and to keep underneath the wet paper while it dries.

I love the colors!!!!!
This is a water marbling paint kit of red and pink colors. This set includes 7 red & pink colors: Ruby Red, Metallic Red, Antique Pink, Rose Pink, Raspberry, Magenta, and Mahogany. The paint adheres to paper, glass, plastic, ceramic, metal, wax, wood, polyester, polypropylene, canvas, smooth foam and many other surfaces. It is quick drying and waterproof. For hydro-dipping, drip the marbling paint onto water, draw patterns, dip the object in slowly and pull it out quickly. I am trying to decide the project I want to start. When I create something beautiful, I'll post more pics! This is a great price and I recommend.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
This is nothing like marbling paint. I have been doing Ebru, water marbling art for years. I usually buy the paint from Turkey, but I ran out. So I thought I would try these. Nope. The paint is so runny and looks like water mixed with the paints. I bought the purple set but none of the color actually came out as purple. What kind of scam is this I do not know but DO NOT BUY THIS!!! You cannot even return it. Now I am throwing away my $18 worth of wanted to be paints.

Addictive
The media could not be loaded. Blown away by how easy these paints are to use, and get stunning results, with literally no prior experience. The marabu website has some youtube videos which show how to do it, since the box has no real instructions.Really fun. Love the results. Just bought the 42 color set as a result of using this mini set. Gonna need allllll the colors.

You're Going to Need to Watch Some Videos!
I was intrigued when I saw this easy marble kit and wanted to try it. I ordered the purple pack; it came with seven different shades of purples including one metallic. The box provides no indication of how to use these, which I guess is pretty common for art supplies. So I took to the Internet to watch videos, both on the Marabu site and Youtube. So, the product listing says “Water Art Kit for Hydro Dipping”. And the product description says “Simply add water to this creative, high-quality product – just drip it onto your desired surface for an instant transformation!”. After watching a number of videos, what this really means is that the product actually floats on top of the water and you dip items into the film on the surface of the water to transfer the paint color onto the item. I did not find any videos where people dripped the paint right onto items to marble them.First off, this is a solvent-based paint, so you need to wear gloves, have good ventilation and protect all your surfaces before getting started. (I wouldn’t recommend this as a craft for children.)While it seemed like a simple enough process, it took me quite a few tries and I’m still am not happy with my results. I tried approximately 40 cards and I would say just a few came out looking decent. For paper, I found that laying face down on top of the film produced good results only part of the time. I got better results if I dunked the card fully into the water, which means that both the front and back of the paper get marbled. The trickiest part is that once the paint is dispensed into your water it starts to set, so when I used my skewer to create the marble effect it often pulled the layer of color off the water surface creating globs of paint on my skewer or on my card. I found that a much lighter touch helped… but even though I worked quickly, I was not able to avoid this issue for many of my dips. It also seems that some paint colors were more prone to globbing than others. These were really fun to play with, if not slightly frustrating. I look forward to trying to use them on 3-D objects like Christmas balls or wood cut outs, where I think I will have more success.

Pretty color mix, doesn't include instructions
This is a fun mix of colors, once you know what you are doing. There weren't any instructions, which I think is very important for a kit like this. That is why I gave it 4 stars. I watched a few videos online, to see how to use them. They are fun once you get the hang of it. The paint appears high quality, and they make a cool looking, finished product.
