These actually taste good. I am single and don’t like cooking just for myself. So I can be tempted to skip a meal. These are nice to have on hand to get proper nutrition.

Great tasting protein shake! It is not thick and chalky like others. Also taste great and will help you keep up with calories. It will fill you up instantly. With how many you get it’s a great value! The quality is great and so convenient!

Love the flavor, has helped get more calories in and has actually gained some weight - every ounce/pound helps when you're concerned with injury from possible falls and building strength! Have trouble opening it, so someone else loosens them up ahead of time. We've started fixing smoothies using whole milk yogurt, protein powder, etc so that not all the quick liquid snacks are ultra high processed (this amount of calories is fine, but studies have shown diets more than this amount of calories in highly processed foods is linked pretty strongly to dementia) and to help with the cost, but this is incredibly helpful when we need something quickly!

The flavor is bad but not the worst ive tried. the texture on the other hand, horrendous. its goopy and leaves a film in your mouth.

My daughter liked the nutritional value the drink gives, but it is super thick. It is not bad priced but it does taste like a protein drink. It’s the perfect amount in each bottle.

Delicious! When my mother was under the weather and did not care to eat real food she did enjoy the taste of Boost! And I felt better knowing that she was getting protein and important nutrients
