Wow! I was skeptical since it's a $6 hat with a custom printed logo but I said heck and tried it out. Came out great! The pattern is printed on, I believe it's a sticker of some sort that's pressed on, but it's very flush and doesn't look like it would come off from normal use for awhile. The resolution of the print is quite good. No noticeable distortions from any reasonable distance that's for sure. There's some jagged edges but those features are probably ~0.2mm wide or so. Shipping was quick. It estimated 16-26 days, but arrived in just 11. I'm in the SF Bay Area and the hat shipped from China, so it would probably be longer for East Coast USA or far from big shipping centers. Obviously, you can upload your own design and position it as you like. I'd try to follow the recommendations they give you, since I did and mine came out really well. It wants a tall image (2500 x 3500) but the space you can position it on is wide. So if you wanted to, you could make a wide image, rotate it to be 2500 x 3500, upload it, then rotate it in the tool to get a wide image. I also highly recommend using alpha if you don't want a rectangular image. The alpha space comes out as unprinted so it looks really clean. 10/10 will buy more hats from these guys

I ordered two hats from two different sellers. This one I knew would be a screen print but the price was a great selling point, the other one I got from a pricey place that does embroidering. I am very happy with this hat, I got the retro gray, it is perfect for a work hat and again, the price is a real selling point. I can give these to my guys to advertise my business and not worry about shelling out a bunch of money for clothing items they're going to get paint and dirt all over anyway.

I got this hat a week or 2 ago, but I just unpacked it and left it in my car. The printing came out very nice and I was happy with it. Today I wore it for the first time and it is the worst ball cap I have ever worn. It has such an odd point at the top that it makes me look like I have a very odd shaped head when I wear it. I have tried to manually reshape it, but no luck. It's a shame because I really like the way the printing came out. I gave a good rating, however, because the printing was perfect and the company took care of the issue for me.

I had this customized to my business's logo and when it arrived i instantly saw how cheap it was made.First I ordered a black and white hat, to go with my black business logo. the logo is dark gray at best so it doesn't look the way i wanted. there was a burn mark on the side of the logo i guess where they customized it and the hats stitching was falling apart when it first arrived. on top of that the had has a weird foamy/ thick feeling.I was so excited to get this and wear to the lake but it was just a horrible waste of money

It was a comfortable hat, but the lettering is poor quality, and I expect won't last a year. I certainly won't try to wash it. It seems that will guarantee that the custom lettering will fall off. The design is on an angle, and the hat is not symetrical.

For a $6 custom logo hat this is a very good deal. I ordered the blue denim style hat and the quality is very nice. I thought that my logo would have a transparent background because that is how I edited the photo, but it came out exactly like the preview... With a white background. Be careful if you need your background to be transparent. Other than that, excellent quality and turnaround. I ordered this hat 7.15.19 and it arrived 7.22.19. 1 week turnaround/delivery even with a weekend in between. For a custom hat that is not too shabby.

Great communication from seller and I designed my custom printing and it arrived rather quick. Better than I was expecting for the money I spent. I have spent a whole lot more on lower quality "trucker hats." These actuall apppear to be well made and the custom printing will get a bunch of laughs. Extremely happy!

I'm quite happy with how it came out. Build quality is decent, hat's pretty comfortable, print came out nicely. It said it was gonna get here anywhere from March 8th to like the 20th, and it got here on the 8th, so I'm satisfied with that. And you can't beat the price - it was less than $10 all said and done.

Mediocre experience. Ordered two times, both orders came in with an incomplete design.
