ETA: As soon as I notified the seller about the defective product they offered a refund/replacement. After reading so many positive reviews I really think this was a fluke & they made it right very quickly. A+++ for service! I bought this product because of the great reviews I read. Upon arrival the packing was subpar, so it was squished. I hoped the smashed package wouldn't have an effect on the product, and I'm not sure if it did. However, the product itself looks very used. It's heavily scratched and dinged and had finger prints all over it. I tested it in my car and the screen is wonky. It's half faded. Bluetooth pairing doesnt work. I ensured it was not my phone by testing it with some other Bluetooth products I have. The aux feature works OK enough. It really isn't any better quality than my cassette aux that cost me $5 at Big Lots. The included aux cord is a cheapo, so definitely use a better cord. I really don't know what to attribute the defects to- packaging or manufacturer, but either way this is a supreme disappointment.

Pro: 1. provides greatsound quality. 2. allow to change the frequency by your own3. offer one usb chargingplug for your phone Con: 1. Can’t keep iton Bluetooth feature after turn off. 2. Need to change thechannel frequently to keep finding a good channel with less static forthe first time set up especially in a big City like New York

I've been using FM transmitters for years. My current one works but I was looking for a different design, so I purchased this unit to stream music via cell phone Bluetooth. My impressions: - The transmitter feels flimsy/cheap in your hands. - It has a super tiny ON/OFF switch on the side that is almost impossible to use because you can hardly find it and you need a fingernail to try and slide it to on/off. I'm a female with small hands, most guys would have an even harder time. Since my car's outlets are always on, I need the ON/OFF function. - Using Bluetooth to connect my cell phone and turning up the transmitter's volume all the way, you could still hardly hear and there was static. I had it set to 106.7 which is the same channel I use with my old transmitter. In direct comparison and without changing the volume or channel on the car stereo, the old unit performs much better. - The user interface on this transmitter is in parts poorly translated. Overall, it lacks quality and I'm returning it. Bummer, because I really liked the design.

FM transmitter was working fine all of a sudden the left side is lower in volume than the right side when I touch the phone to pause it it comes in louder for a second try the phone with a different source and it's fine unfortunately it's the FM transmitter I've only had it for about a month

This is a very good device. I have used FM transmitters in the past and I have never found one that really worked. This transmitter is extremely easy to set up and begin using. The signal comes through your radio clearly and with very little static. The remote works great, however if the remote is ever lost you cannot change the FM frequency on the transmitter. The only thing negative about this transmitter is the picture is a little misleading. The picture appeared to be must larger than it actually is. The size of the transmitter is not a big deal, I am just pleased with the functionality of the transmitter.

Work very well my daughter didn’t have Bluetooth in her car this worked and connected and had great sound

I know that for most cars nowadays bluetooth is a standard. I've been using this for my 05 corvette and it works like a charm. Connection is super simple and sound quality is good. I've been reluctant to drive my car just because I want to listen to music and this was a quick, cheap fix. Super simple to set up and pretty responsive. Overall, I definitely think that this is worth it.

I love this blue tooth device the 1st one i recieved in the mail was broken into 100 peices i emailed them and sent them the picture of the remote and device broken the following week i got a new one didnt even half to mail in my broke one, but it works really well with my car, i love the cute remote i can answer call from my phone with the remote, this device deserves more then 5 stars but my only dislike is that the device is like a iphone dont drop it, put it in your car and leave it..
