Not ideal for heavy and big suitcases
Hard to grip and the hook isn't deep enough for large suitcases. The handle needs to be wider.

The item is good but the battery supplied alongwith the item was useless ie; it was used batteries.

Value of money problem
Very very nice product. It worked very well from 3_4 years and didn't change its battery till now.

Cheap quality
Very cheap quality flimsy. Battery sent is useless, you will have to use your own. Error margin is 150gm for upto 10 kg that I tested.

Product working smoothly just replace batteries
Overall product is very good but I need to replace batteries. Bcs when it recieved batteries/ cells are dead. Just 10 rs more and everything is good to go. Working fine I ordered it for measuring specially luggage.
