Cheap plastic and unusable stand
The plastic is very cheap. I ordered a pack of four and all of them were warped. I couldn’t place macarons on them. I started a return and got a replacement. WELL THE SAME EXACT ISSUE. They were stuffed in a very small box (and that’s the original box not amazon’s) so it’s normal for this cheap plastic to be deformed. I returned everything and guess what? The seller decided to deduct a restocking fee from me! Just extremely disappointing.

Good product. Bad packaging.
Packaging was too tight. Three out of four towers were very warped on the bottom tiers due to being squeezed into a box that was too small. Otherwise, the product is exactly what I needed.

Cheap plastic
These are made of plastic, but not hard plastic. Mine had two tiers that were warped and did not fit the macarons. I was not impressed. It worked but definitely not worth the money.

Cheap product quality
Received timely, but the quality is so cheap considering the cost! It is made of disposable grade plastic. It looks like the thin plastic for disposable plastic cups. It looks nice on a pedestal plate once it is filled and covered up. You have to handwash, it will probably melt in the dishwasher.

Poor packaging = Unusable product
Product is unusable. It is so tightly wrapped st the manufacturer the two bottom tiers a warped.
