I was skeptical that a wireless switch would actually have enough range, but this SURAIELEC kit is rock-solid. It picks up the signal perfectly through obstacles, including my cupboard door. It feels like a permanent, hardwired switch but took me minutes to install. Highly recommend for any DIYer.

Works great. Had to move existing switch wiring to accommodate a pocket door installation. This remote wireless switch surface mounts in original switch location without interfering with pocket door. Very happy.

I had two lights in my basement that turned on and off with the same switch. Because I wanted to install a ceiling fan I needed to find a way to separate them. The SURAIELEC Wireless Light Switch and Receiver Kit seemed the best option at a reasonable price and would prevent the necessity of doing a lot of electrical work or replacing fixtures. While I am very pleased with the end results my husband did tell me that because of too-short wires the job took longer than it should have. A couple of inches more would have made this a 5 star product since it's been functioning great since install in August 2025. Also, the wall switch even when properly mounted is slightly unstable and is a little too easy to inadvertently lift off its mounting. At the time I ordered it this product was $17.98 which seems an okay value for the money if you are prepared for a little frustration with the wire lengths.

Excellent product to remotely control a light. I had an analog timer for a lamp post at the front of my home. It stopped working. The replacement analog timer, which cost about $140, had problems & I was tired of futzing with it and my wife wanted the lamp post to function. For a total of $24 (remote sensor & switch that I purchased from Amazon & the junction box for the sensor) and my time (about 40 minutes), I now have a remote switch for the lamp post that is in the front hallway next to the porch entry light switch. I no longer need to reset a timer as the daylight changes during the year. The remote sensor is in the basement where the electric line leaves the house. I was considering putting the lamp post wiring in parallel with the porch light wiring (one switch to control both) but that would have been very time consuming and probably a big aggravation.

If you need to put a light somewhere normal, and have now lost your old placement for your switch, This is your product! Works great. Easy Instalment. Put your switch anywhere, I mean within reason. Dont hide it in your stove. Will fit i side standard 3.5 box, hex, with some wire persuasion or mount on the exterior of the light hex box if you want. Pretty low vis. Good product after month 2. Lol.

I saved so much money with this by skirting having to redo the electrical in the house. This was super easy to put in and it works perfectly. I have no idea about longevity but if it lasts then this is awesome.

The item looks good, the has not been installed yet. The instructions could be better. I will contact the seller via email to get further information. My installation is unique and I am awaiting their answer. Jan
