Great lock but unprofessional service from Amazon Prime
The product itself meets expectations, but I am dissatisfied with Amazon's delivery service. The delivery driver rang the bell once, then hastily ran and placed the item in the wheelie bin, which I found unprofessional. Upon opening the door, I expressed my displeasure, as I never request deliveries to be placed in the bin. The driver's claim that he rang the bell for an extended period further frustrated me. Then, to my surprise, he alleged that I had requested the parcel to be placed in the bin. This experience was disappointing and unexpected.

Looks good in the box but once your door is holed up and its mounted the hasp is too tight for the shackle so its useless - its going back to where it came from
