Works well - using it for CO2. Almost like a secondary bubble counter.

I’m using this air stone as part of my DIY CO2 setup because the other CO2 diffusers caused too much back pressure for my system. I was using regular air stones with bigger bubbles until I found this gem! It works great, less pressure needed than the typical CO2 diffusers to create the perfect fine bubbles for my planted tank.

This diffuser looks good and produce nano bubbles without splashes. Only downside for me is the disc is so big but the area that produces bubbles seems limited. The picture shows maximum air to it from my air pump. The same setting on an air wand would produce so many bubbles that it would splash everywhere. Even if that wand is placed at the bottom of my aquarium. It seems like the amount of bubble generated is inconsistent between different units unless over time the disc decays and more air come out. I guess if this was in a 2-5 Gal tank, it would do the job and look nice. The diffuser does turn brown and green after a while.[Updated] I have changed my review to 5 stars. It looks like my air pump was the culprit of the low amount of bubbles after all. I move this diffuser to another pump, and it is working properly now. I actually have to lessen the amount of air into the diffuser.[Updated 11-21-2023] After 3 months of use, the diffuser is brown. Lowering to 4 stars as it is still functional but just unsightly. Also the suction attachment that holds the diffuser is completely flat.

This little air stone sacred out so quiet! I was like, whoa! I gotta have more of these! It was perfect for the aquariums in the bedrooms. The size is somewhat bulky and takes up more room than I'd like in the tank but it was so quiet! My 1st turn off for ordering more was the price! NOT worth more $5 in my opinion... so I thought I'd wait for a sale. In the meantime this little contraption started to change. As the stone gets acclimated to the water it gets louder and louder. The algae seemed grow faster on that stone than on my others. I've tried cleaning it but that's difficult given the shape of the product and how it's made. I got this product hoping it would be quieter than other stones, as advertised, but that feature only lasted about a month or less. Overall. I'm somewhat disappointed but it still oxygenated the water for me so it's not s complete bust!

The media could not be loaded. It’s very nice, super easy to set up and powerful. I loooove the aesthetic of it and my fish seem to enjoy the bubbles. It did brown out pretty fast on the top but I think that may just be my tank because it’s been having some algae problems.Beyond that though, it’s a good size, pumps out mega bubbles with a very little pump, is not super noisy and is just a good a great addition to the tank

Really like the way this is working. Really fine bubbles that are evenly distributed. Perfect for my 5-1/2 gallon bookshelf aquarium. Looks nice and functions well. Combined this with a tiny Hygger pump and it’s perfect.

This was my least favorite nano bubble stone to date. Not very sturdy, stem is flimsy and not tapered to accept a hose, and the stone is kinda tight so not much yield and bubbles varied a lot in size. One of two suckers even had a malformed clasp to hold the unit.
