I purchased this Power Up brand 14-ounce bag of high-quality energy trail mix, not to hike the Grand Canyon, but to munch on while I watch my favorite program. It contains most everything I love in a trail mix: dried pineapple, banana, coconut, cranberry, walnuts, cashews, and dried papaya. These flavors together taste fantastic! It is the perfect food for endurance, being high in calories and abundant in healthy fats, but I just like it. I especially like that it is naturally vegan and gluten-free, and the manufacturer made sure it is non-GMO, which is very important to me. I also like that the pieces were not stuck together. It didn't melt in transit and become a sticky mess. The price is exceptional for the amount you receive. The next time I'm craving trail mix, I am highly likely to return to this seller and purchase another bag.
