Great little unit.
Purchased during heatwave, easy to assemble and set up. Brings the temperature of one room down to a comfortable level quickly. Noise level is ok when running. Great value little unit.

Very happy with it - came with good quality vent pipes and fittings
Works as well as more expensive AC units I've had in the past. Like all AC I've had it's noisy but no worse any other brands. It seems solidly built, surprisingly to me for its low price. Very pleased with it.

Sleep mode doesn’t work. Noise getting worse.
Not sure what’s happening but the unit doesn’t want to do what I press. The sleep mode doesn’t appear to work. The fan speed doesn’t appear to change when I press the buttons. And there’s a really annoying high pitched noise thats now shown up.Ill be needing a replacement. It’s so damn heavy though….

A relief from the power of the sun. Our bedroom suffers from the heat of the sun during the day and we during the night. Not any more - now we’re cool!

Feels like a Fan Not Ice Cold Air Con Air
Air is not chilled ice cold like other portable air conditioners. This one feels like a normal fan just blowing air which is not cold even on the coldest setting and lowest temperature!

Just not sure
The media could not be loaded. First switched this on and thought it's not what I'd call whisper quiet but it's tolerable so long as it works. Then after about 10 minutes this louder sort of buzz started. It comes from the bottom right as you look at the back.I have never owned one before so no clue as to what they should sound like. Unfortunately amazon got rid of comments so nobody can tell me yes or no but I think this one may be faulty.On the upside it does kick out some very chilly air but then the exhaust pipe does get very warm so you do need to have it close to a window or you are putting a heat source of some size in the room which will impact the cooling process quite a bit I would think.I am considering returning as I do suspect a fault but it may be something simple like a loose part vibrating that's an easy fix. I will update once I have an answerCould not seem to get an answer but deemed it faulty as it was ridiculously noisy so returned it
