Arrived broken today even though wrapped in bubble wrap. See attached photos. I'm returning it. It's completely useless.

Works as advertised

Not sure I will be able to use it without propping it tightly with brick. I like the idea, but upon opening the box, i discovered a "screw-in" end piece on one side lying apart from the rest, and realized it cannot be fixed and then fired to high temp. Fingers crossed that propping will allow me some use with it. Will see how sturdy it is after firing....

The picture is a little deceiving. It shows 4 stacked together. In the main description should state only 1 sent in order. Also, I had it set up with one of my pieces to go into a cone 10 kiln, but last minute had to scroll down to find & verify if it could go up to that temp. It cannot. That too should be in the main description. Otherwise, I have not been able to use it yet

Images are deceiving, shows a group of 4 in several pictures but it is for 1. It is sturdy and arrived without breaking and in a timely manner.

This item arrived in a very good condition and I couldn't wait to try it out. This stand is supposed to withstand temperatures of up to 1280 degrees Celsius. However, as you can see from the photos, the support broke while the firing was programmed at 984 degrees Celcius. Fortunately, it was a degourdi firing and not a glaze firing, otherwise I would not only have lost 1/5 of my production, but also a good part of my equipment!

Very misleading photos and description. There are not multiple racks but only one layer No instructions. Description says folding... It is not. Its rigid and small.
