This stuff works like a dream!
This stuff delivers as promised! For context I normally have my dark brown roots bleached to a pale blonde every 8 weeks and mistakenly tried a 09N toner (cafe au lait to be exact) to try something different. The toner left a drab brownish gray look to my blonde and it would not budge. I washed my hair 10 different times with lemon juice, dawn, head & shoulders, and clarifying shampoo with moisturizing masks in between . None of it worked. So I ordered a packet of this stuff on a whim, followed the instructions and my hair looks amazing! It stripped the yucky drab brownish color and left me with a beautiful shade of blonde. Keep in mind I used a Redken shampoo before and after the packet and followed up with a very thick layer of the Redken conditioner leaving it in for 5 minutes. Regarding the powder in the packet, I poured it into one hand and put a little water on top of it, then lathered and massaged all over my head. I did that for about a minute and then let it sit in my hair for 4 more minutes. I always use UNITE 7 seconds detangling spray before I brush. After I brushed my hair out, I use a small pump of Kerastase RÉSISTANCE THÉRAPISTE HAIR SERUM and spread through midway down on my hair. I use a giant square paddle Wet brush and a T3 dryer on the lowest heat and fan setting. I found the Chi lava travel flat iron works best on my hair as my daily straightener since a smaller iron allows me to straighten much easier from the highest point of my root - and at no higher heat than 360. I always section my hair off and straighten very small sections at a time so I only need a few passes each time. Following these steps with the packet left me with a great outcome! The before picture I’m showing actually looked much darker in person.

Great for lifting toner and buildup
I ordered this to help pull some toner that turned my highlights green out. Used the undo goo shampoo packet first. 2 packets of this (my hair is waist length) and followed by a deep conditioning mask. Worked great, hair wasn’t too dry or compromised and no effect on natural color. Def something to do before you dye/go to salon to prep your hair. Do NOT use after an appointment or it will strip your color. I only color with glazes/glosses/demis so it lifted fully in 1 use. If you use permanent color I still imagine some lifting/change in tone but this is also not a full fledged “color remover” for say black box. Either way, I would not suggest until the day before you plan to re color, in case it pulls too much out or lifts to an odd undertone.

Takes toner OUT of hair
I wish I had taken a before and after photo - I recently went to the salon and chose to get a different toner put in my blonde hair which did not take to it well. It was too ashy for me and I wanted a quick fix without setting up another appointment and spending more money. This stuff worked for me - one little packet , to my surprise, did the job. My hair is highlighted and 80% is a level 9.5/10 blonde. I used one packet on medium length semi-thick semi-coarse hair and it stripped out all of that ugly toner and set me back to having my bright pale blonde hair. No more granny grey looking, borderline blue hair! I have a lot of gold undertones in my virgin hair so the level toner we used just didn't do well with the amount of underlying gold in the natural tresses that still remain amongst my color treated hair. My hairdresser is great, it just happened to be one of those freak things that just didn't work/react well.I did not think one little packet was going to treat my entire head, especially when I realized this stuff is powder in the packet - follow the instructions and you should render results. I dumped the powder into my palm after shampooing and used just enough water to make it into a shampoo-like consistency and began to distribute it in my hair, concentrating on the worse areas first, and WOW this stuff lathers up like crazy. Almost like a science experiment level fizzy lather. So, it's fair to say the product will definitely distribute itself thoroughly through short to mid length hair. I let it sit while I carried on with my shower routine (it says no longer than 5 minutes, I let it set for about 2-3 minutes) and BAM I was back to my bright, normal toned/pre-toned blonde. It does say to shampoo again once rinsing the treatment out, and then conditioning. It did strip my hair making it feel very coarse during my shower, so I would recommend depending on your hair type doing an extra conditioning or deep conditioner or mask. I decided to skip that and did just my normal spray-in leave-in treatments pre-styling and my hair came out normal, although I did use a little extra leave-in conditioner to get the tangles out. And it DOES definitely tangle your hair so keep that in mind and maybe a wet brush and good conditioner on hand, especially if your hair is dense and coarse already. One more thing to keep in mind for those who depend on toners more so than I do - depending on the effectiveness of the treatment you may have to re-tone your hair, and maybe that goes without saying, but if you're just looking to "brighten" your blonde, be aware that this may strip out any toners you have. Luckily, that was the intention for my situation and it delivered 100%.

Love this product
Ive colored my hair for too many years to count. Every now and then you need a kind of a reset. These crystals lightly foam in the palm of your hand with a little water added. I swear I can smell the metals being cleaned from city water that builds up. Makes my hair feel really refreshed . Definitely recommend. Its one of those 'you didn't know you needed it in your life until you tried it out.'

Doesn't seem to improve my highlights
Not sure they really do anything for my blonde highlights.

Fixes sunscreen discoloration!!!
Miracle worker!!! I accidentally had my extensions touch my shoulders that had sunscreen on them. Sunscreen that was supposedly reef safe and would not harm extensions. Has the letters SB in it. So after scouring the Internet, I found a page that said to use Malibu, see hard water and blonding packets. This purple shampoo took all the brassiness out of my beige blonde highlights and extensions, and they look brand new. No damage no dryness I followed the instructions exactly as written and save me hundreds of dollars to avoid replacing my extensions early.
