A little unwieldy to install for a short person. Make sure you measure first. Mine measures 81 inches and instructions said I needed 3 B poles but that pulled the top pole to the extreme end barely grabbed by the screw knob at top so I put in another B pole and that made the top sturdy. It looks rust resistant. The price was great! When you install, you just have to eyeball how much to let out little by little so it springs in when you push against the ceiling. I had avoiding getting one of these poles and tried the shelves with glue patches but after a year left a mess. I ended up with bottles all over so I bought this. It feels sturdy. One shelf and 2 metal pole extensions go into recycle. It looks nice and relatively easy to assemble. The QRC code that shows a link to an install video is not true— it’s a link to buy the pole. The QRC to register for the warranty wants more info to sell stuff but I just gave the order number and my email. I’m glad I bought it and that I got it up!

Let me start by saying, if you’re anything like me, you torture yourself searching endlessly for the item with the best reviews/least horrible reviews. Pole style shower caddies like this one can be dicey. Because the reviews for this one were mostly good and the good was pretty emphatic, I decided to give this a go. It did not disappoint. To be clear, I purchased the chrome version of this caddy, so I’m only speaking to that one. This was so easy to assemble. As you can see I have LOTS of product. I think it may have actually taken more time for me to remove my items and my old caddy than it did for me to assemble and install this one. Easy peasy. The “feet” are well sized and sturdy. The design of the top of this pole is what really sets it apart. My old one took FOREVER to figure out and featured a series of springs and inserts and was just maddening to install. If I had an engineering degree I may have fared better but, well, I don’t. The four baskets provide more than ample storage, the razor storage is awesome, and I almost forgot the best part: where the baskets attach to the pole. These go alllllll the way around the pole so they are sturdy and they do not lean or tilt. This is important because when you have as much product as I do, your baskets can sag and as I was throwing away the old caddy I figured out why. Those only wrapped about 2/3 of the way around. Seriously I love this thing. I hope it lasts forever.

I saw a gal under “House Plus Plant” and followed her instructions. I just absolutely love it! I used Sansi Grow Lights, zip ties and a mechanical timer with two plugs. Assembly was easy to follow. My boyfriend was like, “What the heck are you making!” as I was zip tying wires. But when it was up and lit, he was impressed and said it looked nice. It only came with two little plugs for the holes on the side of the shelves, I wish there was more. It is a bit wobbly and not as sturdy as I hoped. But I have low walls and had to figure out the poles and proper lengths. Also, like others have reported the towel rack doesn’t stay upright and I had to push cardboard to wedge it in. I plan to do a hanging plant there or maybe some air plant/chain combo. This caddy was a bit more affordable than the others and the shelves were not wired like others so the grow lights could stick properly underneath them. And the plants take away attention from the plastic look.

Purchased this caddy to replace the one I previously had, which was the kind that hooks onto the shower head. This one is so much more convenient, and comes with enough shelves to provide MORE than enough space. It has held up extremely well since I purchased it, and after an easy clean, still continues to look brand new. I love the design with the holes at the bottom, so water will always drain out of the shelves. The raised edges on the front of each shelf are also nice. I have a few glass bottles on them, so it’s nice to know they won’t ever fall off. I plan on getting one of these for my second bathroom too, as I have been highly pleased with this purchase.

Easy to put together and great for organizing bath items. Recommend.

Besides having to use an extra B pole (it comes with 6 to be used for your specific space depending on height, my space said I needed 3, but I needed 4, no big deal) it was perfect. The shelves are kept up with a little rubber piece, which doesn’t seem too sturdy, but fine for the weight it’s suppose to hold. At first I put the shelf barriers in upside down, but that was my fault. I did keep one upside down for hanging things with hooks, which can be seen on the top shelf in my picture where my detangling brush hangs. Seems like a good purchase. I will give a suggestion to those installing, you can pull the spring loaded section down to put it in place once you have it set. I adjusted until it wouldn’t fit, then pulled the spring down, pushed it into place and let go to set the tension. Most tension poles I’ve used you twist until it won’t move any more, but it’s easier with this because it’s a spring, so set it 2-3 inches too tall, pull the spring down and put it in place and let go and it should be perfect.

Sturdy and easy to put together how ever seen all the black stuff is just annoying. You would think because it’s in a wet environment it would be rust/ mold and mildew proof but I just can’t do it. I’ve had it for 9 months and it’s sturdy but just not for me.

I’ve ordered this before, a year ago. It works great so I thought I’d order this again for my son’s bathroom. It’s easy and fast to set up, it’s adjustable, and sturdy. So far so good, no issues.
