Yes the blade itself does say "Personna Super" and " Made in USA". The only difference is that the photo shown on the listing has very old packaging. The updated packaging does not have the yellow stripe and is slightly different as shown. As a distributor, we can assure you that these are genuine blades from Personna.

Q: Is this the same as the "lab blue" also made in the USA?

I have a 15 year old box of Persona “blue” blades: individually wrapped in blue wrappers, wrappers say ”made in USA”, blades are each marked “super” and “made in USA”. The blades for sale here look identical to my old blades. So yes, the blades for sale here are “lab blues”, although that label comes from shaving forums, not Persona.

Q: Do these blades have wax/glue dots on them?

No more glue dots. They were a pain to remove anyway, especially without slicing open your finger.
