I received my DIM about a week ago and so far it has really made a difference. I consider myself an athlete and a gym enthusiast but have always struggled with higher levels of estrogen. After taking this I can genuinely say that I feel a major difference!The serving size is 120 and each capsule is dosed at 200mg which is both a great dosage and great value for the cost compared to other DIM products on the market.I will be ordering Dr. Dave’s DIM again when this bottle runs out!

Weight has been gradually increasing causing more mobility issues after I fell.A year ago, I had a test done and was told I had nearly no hormone activity.So, I've been seeing information about rebooting hormones. My sister has been having other tests done, and found the possibility of a hereditary disorder that cripples the bodies ability to correctly porduce the myrid of hormones that we need.I found this ... and began taking it about 2 weeks ago. As well as 4 other vitamins and herbs.Recently, I have had more energy and less brain fog.I've got a LONG way to go, but this may be my first step!This version of DIM comes in a very small type 2 white plastic bottlePaper and foil sealcotton insidevery small capsulesBottle is only half full.Smell is a bit gross.

The capsules are small and would be easy to swallow if I dared take them. Problem is...1. They are supposed to be 200mg per capsule, but these little things have a total weight of 180mg each, including the capsule and fillers. I tested a whole bunch of them, so it was not an errant light one.2. The listing for these thing calls them pills, softgels, and capsules in different places. Mine were capsules.3. The listing also claims they have rosemary extract. None listed on the bottle, though.These issues make me distrust this product. They're not going in my body. Into the trash they go.

First let me say I am very sensitive to pills and meds, and most natural meds do not work on me usually, I am still looking for some that will.The only thing this pill did for me was make me 💩

This is the first time I've taken diindolylmethane. For four months' supply, it seems like a great value.Unfortunately, after two doses I had an allergic reaction. The morning after my second dose I woke with a rash over my entire back, which then spread to my chest, stomach, and arms.After research I was worried it was a more serious allergic reaction called DRESS (which DIM has shown to cause), but it doesn't seem to be as I didn't have any other of the other symptoms and it seemed to onset much earlier than typical.I reached out to my doctor and I'm now on oral steroids so it's subsiding.I don't want to give 1 star because it's not the product's fault I am allergic to it. I'm sure it would have happened had I taken any other brand.The capsules are tiny, so they should be easy to take for anyone.Yet, I haven't taken it long enough to know if it would work for its purpose. So, I felt 3 star was middle of the road compromise.Hope that helps.

This is a new supplement company that will surely be leading the market. This DIM product is awesome!! I feel stronger and more focused with this product and it is definitely something that will be in my weekly pill box.

I am in my late 50s so I could definitely use tweaking to my hormones. I’ve been taking these faithfully for several weeks now. I would love to say that I’m noticing some sort of change, but I am not. My energy level is about what it always has been, so is my mood, so is my weight.I have talked to my Doctor Who works a lot with supplements rather than medicines, and she thinks this is a nice quality product that will be beneficial for me. She is also happy with the size of the dose. She also admitted that this brand is quite a bit less expensive than what she carries in her office, and told me to keep up with it. So, that’s exactly what I’m going to do.I took off one star because I don’t see a big huge dramatic change, but maybe that’s not a fair expectation after a few weeks of a supplement. I ordered Dr. Daves DIM supplements because I started to notice that I was having mood swings, heavier and longer periods and breast tenderness, and a pouchy stomach and I read that taking DIM can help with these symptoms, so I wanted to give it a try. I've only been taking these for about 2 weeks and the breast tenderness has gone away my mood seems to be improving too so I'm going to continue taking them and will update if I notice anymore improvements.
