I used it in my boots which were a little loose and had no insole support at all. That is why this product works well giving good support to my feet all day long. No bad smell or anything, fits well in the shoes.But you can't use it in shoes that fit snug and are exact size. It can be used only in loose shoes, and boots particularly which have high ankle fit. In low ankle fit your foot might come out because of the thick heel support. Or if the shoe is perfect fit and you put this insole the shoe will be too tight to wear. It raised the height by half an inch, so you get the idea.

I bought these to use in my gum boots for Ladakh bike ride. It has been very comfortable and provides good arch support. I have used it for 5 days straight and an average of 12hrs of riding and walking, no issues so far.

Best insole for nearly any feet problems.If you don't have any problem with feet then also you can where it.I bought Sparx shoe and changed insole with Aegon.Feeling very comfortable with this insole.

At first felt it to be too thick, did not provide good arch support after sometime.

Too big size, no use. Wastage of money . Even after cutting from marking, it is still too big.

The arch is good to give the sole a proper support. But d effect remains as long as u where it. It is jus a correction not a remedy. It has a good thickness sturdy shape. I had to but a new footwear to fit the arch as the Russians & d curve of the such didn't fit into the existing footwear. It was very tough to get 1 as any bigger size footwear will b longer too!!. I cut the sole frm d front to fit into d footwear.. It guys all well. Care sud b taken to fit it in a closed or srini closed shoe.. Else the sole will skip off frm it's position.
