Really warm and comfy!

Good quality, soft fabric.

We got the metallic red one of these and, to be honest, it isn't really suitable for hiking.It's obviously very warm and comfortable and the exterior is a sort of deep pile velour fabric that has next to no stretch in it.It's very much something for a garden party or sitting out in the evenings and it's very attractive indeed.Yes it's expensive, but to my mind worth every penny.

I own this fleece in dark blue and it's my favourite. I wanted to get another one in a different colour. The minty blue attracted me so I bought it in size M same as the one I own.The colour was nice. The fleece was soft. However, when I put it on it felt tight in the chest. Also the armpit holes were cut too high and dug slightly into my armpits. Not the comfortable fit I expected. For some reason it was smaller than the fleece I own though they are same size. Had to return.

I have a white version of this so tried looking for different colour online . Was so excited to receive it. Packaging was not sealed and this is clearly used item with a tissue in both pockets!!

The first thing you will notice about this was how gorgeously soft it is.When you first put it on you instantly notice how warm and cosy it is and the elasticated cuffs stop any draughts going up your arms.It’s a nice length and I like the extra tab on the zip, makes it easier to pull up when you have gloves on.I would have preferred a little more give in the fabric as it’s quite fitted and there’s not much room for a thicker jumper underneath. I’m a size 10 and the medium was a snug fit over a T-shirt.I’m a bit puzzled why the zip is the wrong way round, it’s clearly aimed at the female market and it’s called a ‘women’s’ fleece so I have no idea why they put a zip in that’s opposite to every other jacket I have.The only thing I’m not that keen on is the waffle pattern to the fleece, I would have preferred plain and I think it will put younger buyers off, my daughter, who’s 28, said it looks like something someone in their 50’s would choose, thanks love!I love the colour, the warmth and the soft feel to the fabric, it’s really well made and didn’t shed any fibres when I was wearing it but the price is too high as I will probably be wearing it around the house in the colder months rather than using it outdoors.Hope you found my review helpful.

Good quality high pile fleece, so soft to touch. I thought it was going to look cheap and gaudy but it really isn’t at all. It looks luxurious and well made. The fabric resembles velour. Comfortable to wear and fits as expected. The zip up high collar looks cool and keeps the wind from around your neck. The only thing it’s lacking is an inner loop on the neck line so it can be hung on a coat hook.The care label advises a cold gentle wash and dried on a low setting. I’m assuming this is because of the high pile.Great for keeping you warm when outdoors, walking the dog on cold, windy days. Being 100% polyester I wouldn’t want to get too close to a fire in it. Especially a crackling, spitting fire. From past experience small sparks melt big holes in polyester fleece. This is too good for that.The price is as expected for a good quality outdoor jacket for cold windy conditions.

This certainly is bright!It does look and feel nice. All of the stitching and materials are of good quality. It will keep you warm in winter and is unlikely to quickly rip or tear.
