Deducting one star because the spray didn’t reach the advertised distance. In my experience, it was effective at about 8 feet max (in calm conditions). While walking my medium-sized dog, we were approached by an unleashed Husky. The first approach was aggressive, so I drew the pepper spray. At roughly 15 feet, I fired a short burst, but it didn’t reach the dog. The odor did cause the Husky to hesitate and cross the street briefly, but it returned moments later at a faster pace. On the second approach, I waited until the dog was within 8 feet and sprayed again, this time making brief contact with its right eye. The Husky immediately retreated about 500 yards, rubbing its face in the grass, and eventually ran off into another neighborhood. I’m thankful I had this spray—it turned out to be the best possible outcome in a tense situation.

Long lasting and power full

Nice size and perfect for taking on hikes/walks for peace of mind. Actually had to use this to shoo away a porcupine from the property. Worked well without permanently injuring the innocent animal.

Not bad I like it but it doesn’t get to spray too far. So let’s talk about the pro first, easy to use, and it burns very well n the burn can last almost 20min without washing off then it start to cool down; the best effect burn period is about 5-8 minutes after the spray ( I tested on my face by tapped a bit n smeared on my face). The con is the burn doesn’t effective right away, it takes a bit too long to start to feel the burn like i have mentioned earlier I start to feel the burn 5-8 minutes after i smeared some on my face. The wind & distance will be effective on the performance, Max distance is 8 feet and closer distance would be better, if there is a light wind work fine, strong wind then you would not be able to spray well on ur target.
