Bought this item in February 2025. Now it's July 2025. Parent got "BATTERY HEALTH ALERT" on Kyocera. Health of battery has degraded and it should be replaced. i would have hoped it would last more than five months. Shipping and packaging of the item was fine.

Ordered battery on 12/17/2024. Info says 12 month guarantee. Now in July of 2025 will not hold charge for more than a day. Can not find site for UooFide to place claim for guarantee replacement. Amazon not much help either.
