This cd player has a crisp, clear sound. Very compact, so it fits pretty much anywhere. Controls are easy to operate, and I was able to use the Bluetooth setting. Selected this one because I like the idea of a top loading CD player. I’m tired of getting those front load ones jammed and getting cd’s stuck in the machine. I haven’t used the radio. All in all, great value for the money, however I can’t speak to longevity. I don’t use it all that much, so I’m hoping it lasts longer than the name brand one I had only for a year. UPDATE- After only a few uses, it has already died and I have had it less than a year. Would not purchase again.

I purchased this unit in March of 2023. It worked well the few times I used it. I only used the bluetooth option to play my phone through the speakers. I liked the look of the stereo and I found it to be easy to use. The unit worked fine until this past weekend (April 2024). I woke up to a loud, buzzy static sound coming from my office. It sounded like someone running a weed eater in my office, no exaggeration. I located the sound coming from the stereo. I thought I left the power on, but the stereo was only plugged in; not powered on. I went to unplug it and both the speakers and the main unit were very hot to the touch. I am glad I discovered this while at home rather than it happening while I was away and something catching fire. At this price point, I expected better quality but I guess that's an unreasonable expectation these days. I am going to trash this item as I don't want anyone else to run the risk of a fire. I would advise against purchasing this unit.

Product arrived in perfect condition. Thank you, Amazon! Boxed neatly & securely by LONPOO, which is a big plus! Very easy assembly. READ all the Directions first though! Had to connect "Red to Red, Black to Black" wires myself to back of CD box. Easy-peasy, even for an old Chick! Placed an ALABAMA CD in...pressed two buttons and voila! I got "stereo sound" gently "booming" inside my Kitchen now. This is perfect for the bedroom or kitchen. Fits nicely in the center of my 6' long countertop that has a 16" depth. May be too big for a nightstand, but will be perfect on a dresser. Don't forget it comes with a remote! All you need are 2-AAA batteries. Sound is great & very easy to adjust. All levels work fine. If you're a HARD ROCKER this may not have enough BOOM POWER for you, but if you don't want to "go deaf" in your old age, this little CD player is the perfect one for you! I LOVE it! Yes, I would definitely buy it again, especially for one of my college bound Grandkids! Nice for the price...thank you LONPOO! Also, bought the extended Warranty. Sounded like their Customer Service is pretty good too! Big PLUS, especially these days!

JUST STOPPED WORKING! I am really disappointed. The player was great, good sound etc. I used it once or twice a week streamed bluetooth from my phone and played CD's. Then just stopped coming on. After trouble shooting and looking for physical defects, I started searching the web, but found no help. Looking at Amazon reviews, discovered that this has happened to other users of the product. DON'T BUY IT, IT WILL STOP WORKING AFTER A FEW MONTHS! SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEIR UNIT. I found the manufacturer's address in troubleshooting threads, and contacted them. They answered promptly, and are sending me a replacement product! I'll update on that when it comes. That's the kind of service that deserves attention, I'm adding stars. Replacement item was received quickly from the manufacturer! No hassle, just order number and serial number of unit requested. So far the player is working normally and is still a good value. A bonus is that I still have the speakers from the defunct unit

this unit simply stopped working less than a year and with minimal use .84dollars for this .not happy with amazon for its 5 star rating . will purchase electronics from other sources . .....i made a mistake above should have been from july 2023 to may2024, not may 2023...really disappointing. .

I really like this item for its size and sound. However, recently when selecting the CD mode, the stereo shut down and would not accept a CD for play. When selecting other modes, Radio, USB, etc., this does not appear to occur. According to the User's Manual, there is a 12 month warranty on this item, and this issue stated before the expiration of the warranty. I emailed the manufacturer twice at the customer service address that was on their web site and received no response. I contacted Amazon who stood by the produce and is issuing me a total refund for which I am extremely pleased. Therefore, Amazon gets five stars, while the manufacturer, Lonpoo gets zero stars.

I recently purchased this Bluetooth Home Stereo Shelf System, and I’m absolutely amazed at how much sound it puts out! It’s great for any size apartment or house. Connecting to the system through Bluetooth was a breeze, and I’m impressed with the sound quality. The bass sounds great, and the midrange and high frequencies are clean. The system also has an input for a CD player, as well as multiple streaming options so you can access your music library wherever it’s stored. The radio and iPod dock options are also great, giving you a variety of ways to listen to your favorite music. This system is a great value, filling any room with impressive sound at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

I bought this to replace a really old "CD Player Boom Box" and Wow!! What a good decision! Set-up was very easy, and the sound quality is incredible for such a compact little unit. I'm no serious "audiophile" anymore but do have CD's that I like to pull out once in a while to play (Christmas music, operas, classic rock and country, my son's marching band from the 90's) and this is perfect for my needs. I have not tried the blue-tooth capability yet, but it's another reason why I wanted to replace that ancient boom box.

Sound Quality is Good for the price 👍 Need to connect Antenna for Radio.
