I like this protein shake. It’s pretty tasty. Compared to the powder you mix yourself,?, this has a taste I just can’t pinpoint and I it’s unpleasant so I have to knock a star off. It’s not bad, it’s not a noticeable difference between the powder and this premixed drink. It’s good it’s a good size, I’ll buy it if mixing it at home with the powder isn’t available. Suggested use for healthy adults. Contains milk. And gluten free.

I love these premade shakes from ON. The price point is a bargain when compared to, what I consider to be, it’s closest competitor, Quest. Quest also has premade shakes. While Quest tastes a little better, their Macros are about the same which is most important to me, but Quest is more expensive. For that reason, I’m going with ON every time. The chocolate is really good. The vanilla I’d not order again. While it is cheaper to buy the ON powder, these premade shakes are great for convenience and zero clean-up. They have a good shelf life and deliver a reliable product that doesn’t need refrigeration. Throw one in your freezer for an hour and it’s a good dessert that’s low in calories, sugar, and high in protein.

I order these every three weeks. They are perfect for helping me supplement my protein intake. Taste is a thick chocolate, not the best chocolate I've had but very good. The price makes these a very good value and they don't sacrifice quality.

For me, having a thicker, more filling, shake is important because I don't want to feel hungry immediately after. These shakes were really good, it was a strong chocolate taste that I really enjoyed, but they were a bit thin and just didn't stick with me. I found that after an hour or two I was hungry again thinking of an early lunch. The macros are good, I wish it had a bit more protein, but it still is very good. I just prefer the thicker options such as Premier Protein or even some of the generic ones a bit more for filling, but the taste was right up there with the very best.

I am an avid, incredibly average, gym-goer. As a 31 year old, I've reached that point in my life where I have accepted I'll never be a professional athlete, but do wish I could still train and look like one someday... That being said, I've taken protein supplements for the better part of two decades. I've succumbed to focusing on 4 main aspects when it comes to protein supplements: 1) taste 2) convenience 3) amount of protein 4) cost benefit analysis TASTE This does the job. Throw the packs in the fridge, shake a bit, and enjoy. They're as good as protein shakes will ever get with least amount of effort. CONVENIENCE Don't need shakers, no clumping, no lugging around big protein containers. Its too easy. So easy, I accidentally hand them out to my gym partners like candy, thus requiring me to order twice as many. PROTEIN Plenty of protein. I usually pair with a protein bar as well. COST Saves on time. Think about it. Probably takes you 5 minutes everytime you make a shake. Between getting the bottle, adding powder, adding fluid, shaking vigorously, drinking, then cleaning the bottle just to repeat after each workout. Multiply that by 4 times a week and that equals like DAYS worth of just prepping protein shakes. INSANE. I open my fridge and drink this bad boy saving DAYS. All in all. 5 out of 5.

Ordered 8/9/24. Expired products (Aug 2024). The ones that expire Sept-Nov 2024 tasted stale and had large lumps despite shaking. Will not purchase again.
