Great product and fast shipping
Honestly I was a bit skeptical about this product but for 20 bucks I thought I would pull the plug. Using the product has shown that the optics are better than I expected them to be. Focusing is a bit challenging until you get use to it. The body of the scope is well built and even though it is 20 bucks this is way better than our fore fathers would have had given the choices of binoculars and telescopes we have available to us today! I plan on taking this out for hikes and trying it out in the woods. Near focus is as advertised at around 40ft and being 25x it is hard to hold without shake. But that is to be expected. I hope this company continues building this product and create this in other magnification as well. Such as 6x and 10x or 12x. All and all I would recommend this to anyone

Fun, But Not Very Practical
I recently bought 18 monoculars for a comparison video. I also picked up this traditional telescope to test them against. Fully closed, it's not much bigger than a 10x25mm monocular... but, in use, it's brighter and has much greater magnification. The downside is focusing, which is done by moving the "barlow" (closest tube to your eye) in and out slightly. It's functional and decorative, but not very practical compared to a compact monocular. It would make a great prop or conversation piece. But it's definitely "old tech."

I bought this for my grandson. He likes pirate stuff. He really liked it, but it broke within a couple of days.
