Perfect for the cashier area

I originally purchased a smaller version of this anti -fatigue mat. I like it very much, so I bought the larger version to go across from sink to dishwasher. I moved the smaller matching one to front of stove. I am 69 years old and occasionally have swelling legs and have some varicose veins. My legs hurt when I wash the dishes. I live alone so I don’t use the dishwasher unless my family is here. But there are things you don’t put in the dishwasher such as my Dutch oven, and pans that need to be scrubbed. I get very tired and my legs hurt a lot on the tile floor. I purchased the small one and what a difference -my legs felt amazing. I even told my daughter I want to make my house lined with this material. I purchased the second one and it came quickly. As far as cleaning, it’s fairly easy to clean, but it does have a design in it, and some of the food gets caught in those cracks, so I just spray it and wash it down with a little sponge. If it was just straight without the design in it, it would be a lot easier to clean. It’s not an issue. It only takes a few minutes. Money well spent..and it is often on a deal so even better!

not as thick has I was expecting.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE... Oh my goodness, I don't know how I got by without THIS mat especially being that I'm the cook and dishwasher in my family meaning that I'm on my feet for hours at a time. I got the longest one so it would cover the sink, the food prep area and a portion of the cooking area simultaneously. The only thing that concerned me when reading the reviews is that it would be too soft and too cushiony because of the memory foam. It just arrived this afternoon one day after ordering it. I put it down shortly after it came, and it is now roughly nine hours later and I am still looking for excuses to go in the kitchen just to walk across the mat lol. First of all it laid evenly as soon as I put it down. I did walk across the curled part once or twice but for the most part you can immediately tell that it's very high quality and excellently made. As for the memory foam it is just right, not too soft at all it actually remind me of the running mat that is in the gym, specially made to absorb sudden bodily movement. When I stand on it I can't feel the floor at all; it feels as if I'm walking on a firm but soft cloud. I would LOVE for my entire kitchen floor to be covered with this. If you stand for long periods of time this is a must have!!!!!!!
