12 Pack Wide Mouth Mason Jars, 12 Oz Airtight Glass Canning Jar

I just love these little jars for jams and jellies and all kinds of little things. Good quality thick good rings made my day. I would buy them again.

YEs, these were pricey. But I love the size and shape. I couldn't find any locally and I wanted a 12 ounce size. 8 ounce was too small and 16 too big. Of course the quality is nice.

Although I don't subject them to a hot water bath, I'm happy with these 12oz jars purchased to hold 2-days-worth each of frozen raw ground chicken with bones & organs mix (to which I've added a nutritional supplement) so my new cat gets everything he needs. (I'm going to this bother hoping to avoid chronic kidney disease which reduced my Rikki to practically skin & bones by the time he reached 20 because CKD kills the appetite.) I found removing my cat's prepared food mix from limp plastic bags for his 3-daily meals inconvenient & messy, so I purchased glass jars instead which clean up nicely in the dishwasher for reuse. Raw food satisfies him better than the many cans of cat food he ate daily &—when purchased from a trusted source—is actually better health-wise. But I soon found that the recommended 4oz jelly jars that I started with were inadequate for my little 10lb cat's fast metabolism-driven appetite. These 12oz jars are better suited to our needs & they also stack nicely in the freezer with my other foods. The 4oz jars haven't gone to waste, though, since they're perfect for raw cubed beef heart which supplies the taurine cats need. I hope this is the end of buying canning jars for cat food, but if I had to, I would purchase these again.

I'm going to use these to vacuum freeze whole coffee beans using the Foodsaver wide mouth jar sealer. A quick test with the supplied lids and bands didn't seal, but using a Ball wide mouth lid sealed fine. So the good news is that Ball lids and bands seem compatible with these jars. For my needs the size is perfect.

Great use jars for packing lunches, overnight oats, and other items. Also, easy to pack due to size. Not quite stackable but this is not a deal breaker. I will note that the lids rust (which I should have known) so now I'm looking for plastic lids that will fit.

These are the perfect size for making frozen coffee punch in! Used them for a baby shower and they were perfect. Haven’t canned anything yet, but will probably just use them for jam.

Love the wide mouth and I uses these all the time. Great for salad dressing mixing up and storage. Great for making single servings of desserts or traveling breakfast like overnight oats.

I use these glass jars not for canning jam, but for storing pipe tobacco. They are perfect for preserving tobacco that comes in 100g or 50g tins. The airtight seal ensures that the moisture and aroma are perfectly maintained. Since using these jars, I've noticed my tobacco stays fresh for much longer compared to the original tins (if opened) . The glass is sturdy, and the lids fit snugly, preventing any air from getting in. I highly recommend these jars to any pipe tobacco enthusiasts looking to keep their tobacco in optimal condition.

Very good quality. They are more expensive than the other jars, but they worth the money. I have a Vevor chamber vacuum food sealer, they fit perfectly under the lid of the machine. I will order more of these jars in this size so I can vacuum seal my food and spices.

Perfect size. The wide mouth jar makes it easier to fill and empty food than the regular neck size. I use either the lid + screw ring or vacuum seal (with separate sealer). Keeps food fresher for longer (especially if vacuum sealed) and handy to see at a glance the contents when in the fridge or in the shelves. Handy for salads, or dry foodstuffs, coffee, yoghurts etc. Great for transporting food for packed lunches too (no spills) and reusable and easy to clean, no food stains like you can get in plastic boxes with tomato based sauces. And microwave proof so you can heat up your overnight oats for example

These are so cute! Work great for canning my chutney this year. Good lids and solid glass.

I needed some wide mouth jars and these are perfect. I bought some 250 ml but they were too small and the 500 ml were too big.
