This is one of the best heat protectant for 4b natural hair leaves no residue and no split ends does the job

WOW!
I took this to my hairdresser so she could use it on my hair and show me the proper way to use this product and all I can say is WOW! I know it's supposed to be a damage control product but I have to tell everyone that although I have a lot of hair, it's fine! This product not only protected my hair from the heat of my blow dryer and curling iron, but BEFORE I even used the curling iron, you could tell that the product made my hair fuller and thicker and that's BEFORE I put in ANY other Aveda product in my hair like a texturizer! Don't spray it too close to your hair though because a little goes a long way! You don't want to saturize your hair with the product.

Curls are still thriving
It’s silk press season and I’ve been putting a lot of heat on my hair. So much so that I worried despite the heat protectant I had heat damage…ABSOLUTELY WRONG! My curls were protected by this heat protectant like they had John Wick out here fight heat trying to damage my hair. The heat protectant is working overtime! It’s my favorite protection and I’m grateful that is 100% delivers what it says it does.

Works great. Smells bad at first. Use lightly.
Works great but don't like the smell. Smell dissipates after it dries. Have to use lightly or leaves hair stiff or sticky.
