This fob is also for the Ford 2015 Taurus.
Works as expected. The update to the design should lead to better function and lower failure.

Overpriced, lack quality
Like others, I found these to be a lesser than expected quality. Original fobs are fairly easy to open to replace the battery, these are very difficult to get the two half’s to snap together and once they are together, you’d need a screwdriver or something to pry them apart which will cause damage to the plastic. These would be more appropriately priced at about $5 for the pair. I ended up using my original fob and took the soft keypad section from these and made it fit in the original so it wasn’t a good value. Do yourself a favor and just buy OEM fob and replace the inners.

Good Quality
Easy swap. Feels like the range has been shortened but the build quality has held up for over a year

Nice replacement
Worked perfectly and looked just like the original. Easy to switch. Just like changing the battery

Very sensitive buttons
The rubber pads that touch the circuit board must be a little bit too long or something. The slightest touch sets off the panic alarm at any time. It gets to be all very quickly. It worked perfectly before I put it into the new case. At some point I will have to get them out of the drawer take it apart and somehow trim the rubber pads so they don't strike constantly
