This is the best value for a protein shake! Not only are these DELICIOUS, but it's 30 grams protein for only 150 calories. Plus, they have vitamins and can come with caffeine. I've tried almost all the flavors, and my favorites are birthday cake, strawberry, and chocolate + caffeine. The chocolate one has a chocolate marshmallow type taste. Ensure energy drink was the best idea ever. Also, they're gluten free! I drink these all the time

I need extra protein and this drink offers 30 grams of protein per container. It helps me with weight loss too. The taste is good and this flavor gives me the caffeine I need for in the morning to work out. It has a good taste, not chalky. I think it's worth the money.

High protein low sugar . It's not a chocolate shake but good enough . Has caffeine in chocolate equal to cup of coffee. I like it .

I have this on a monthly subscription and has long become my early morning favorite. Sometimes I only need to drink a half (which increases the value of the already great price) but, when I wake up with a headache I have a whole one and it's just enough caffeine to help me! The taste is much smoother than my insurance covered meal replacement protein shakes plus it has triple the protein with much less fat. With the maximum amount of protein that can be absorbed in one meal, it's perfect for a consistent daily breakfast without the need for that small cup of coffee. Best chilled!

I buy these for the caffeine. I wish they offered way more flavors with caffeine. I absolutely notice its effect. There’s times I know that I didn’t get enough sleep and need more energy and drink this instead of a peanut butter chocolate protein drink from a different brand. 4 stars because the flavor is not as delicious and strong as another brands protein shake which I enjoy with every sip, but this is a solid shake overall.
