Can this be used for post partum care?

Going by the ingredients, which are nourishing, this is a good addition for post partum care. However I would suggest for you to do a patch test before use. I would also add that on areas that have sutures, use of soap should not be replaced by this product . This is to avoid developing an infection

Do we use this to scrub & rinse it off in the shower or use as body powder?

You can add water to the powder to make it into paste and rub it on the body and then rinse off in the shower.

Can you please explain how to use this?

Direction for use: Take the required amount of Vasanai Podi and mix it with water to make a paste and rub it all over the body like soap and take bath. There is no need to use soap after that.
