I can’t get the bits to go in! What is the trick??

There is a release at the top of the pink part, twist the top middle section of the handheld counter clockwise and it will open up the bit teeth so you can slide the bit in, then reverse to lock it in place. May it help to you.

Need a new hand peice? Yeah.. lost it in my move, and all the silver peices. Meh! Help!

Definitely not! It’s a great drill. However,You need to be very careful because you can easily feel the burning if not done right/speed to high/ left on a spot for to long.
