Purchased for my father who is an amputee, he loves this pedal extension he says it's great.

Works well.
As a right foot amputee, I needed a way to easily learn to drive with my left foot. This unit made that task much easier than I thought it would be. It worked well for an 1800 mile trip thru South Dakota. The unit works well BUT is somewhat cheap in its construction. It does remove easily allowing others to drive without any obstruction. I will research a better quality unit for future use.

Enabled me to drive. Practice important prior to road driving. Followed suggestions from reviews and attached to heavy plywood enabling unit to be removed easily for others to drive.

This works
This vendor is the only one you want to deal with if you want this product shipped promptly. Other vendors say it will arrive in a week to only them be told it’s out of stock but coming soon. I could not install this myself so I took it to a local mechanic who did and charged $160. It works as advertised and it makes driving without the right leg easy. The device pulls out easily by pulling the ring. Snap back in is easy too.

Easy to install and can be removed!
I installed this on a 1998 Ford Ranger and it works as it claims! Very surprised with it and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very adjustable, easily modified for any application and quite user friendly.
Reading the all the reviews I was concerned at how easily it could be adapted. Some reviewers said it was not adjustable. I found it to be highly adjustable and easily modified to fit nearly any circumstance. However, if you are not very handy with a wrench or an allen wrench then perhaps you should get this professionally done. I was able to modify it quite easily to work in a 2005 Kia Spectra. In fact I can conceive of no situation in an automatic transmission vehicle where this could not be modified to work. My only complaint is that it does seem to be not as heavy duty as I would have liked it to be and on an uneven surface it does require quite a bit of care to not warp the base and make removal and installation difficult. You may need shims to accommodate uneven surfaces.

Good quality, requires some improvisation.
Well made, quality materials. Requires competent dyi skills. Some metal cutting required to fit correctly. Bolts supplied were good quality but did not seem appropriate to the install. Too short to pass through a frame member, and partially threaded so useless to just attach to sheet metal. I used #14 sheet metal screws to fit to the Honda Pilot.
