I bought a water pump decorations from India and after multiple attempts, could not get the pump working correctly. The pump would pump water for 2 seconds and then keep running with little power to keep moving water. After discussing symptoms, figured it could be due to power rating being 220V vs 110V input power in USA. After first try of the converter, water pump worked right away correctly!! Easy to setup, easy to use. Highly recommend for anyone facing 110V / 220V problems. Suggested to my brother as well and he too is sold and ordering himself one!

I purchased this product solely for Sony music HIFI system 1990 vintage from UK , Voltage requirement is 220V/ 50/60 Hz with an power output 400 watts . Its converts the voltage without any issue and specially , the device doesn't get hot and with absolute no noise , I use it daily for 1 to 2 hours a day and works great without any interruption . I am not sure for any other appliance how great it will work .

Very nice product well made but it didn’t work for me sadly. I bought this to power my new aquarium protein skimmer that came with a 45watt 240V UK plug, the pump turns on and you can hear it but it doesn’t suck nor pump out any water even after letting it run for 10min. I found the same pump in 110V DC instead of 240V AC so hopefully that will do the trick when it finally arrives

Works perfectly and has a lot of cables to be used all over the world in both directions : 110 to 220 and 220 to 110 volts.

Wanted to like it but overheated and died in three hours. When cooled off it would only last a couple hours at a time.

Puts out around 245v with a 120-122v input. The transformer is of good quality and wire size for hot and neutral are sized properly. Soldering is good. What's puzzling is the use of very thin wire for the chassis/safety ground. I would say 20 AWG, so it would never meet UL standards. Surely, the 25 cents savings using thinner wire can be gained somewhere else, using a thinner gauge cover, perhaps? That loses 2 stars in my book.
