Happy Halloween, Daniel Tiger!: A Lift-the-Flap Book (Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood)

Book is a hit for my grandson.

She loves to flip the windows to unveil the costumes of the characters. Its an easy short read, good for when she wants to read just one more book before bedtime. Nothing too complicated, no lessons to be learned, no major thought. Just a fun book for them to interact with a bit.

This is the perfect Halloween book for a toddler. My son loves it and it was good for him to learn about how Halloween works. He loves Daniel Tiger. I liked the flip flaps.

Bought this to help introduce my two-year old son to the idea of trick-or-treating during Halloween. He ADORES Daniel Tiger, and loves this book.Each of the neighborhood friends are preparing for Halloween by choosing what costumes they will wear in the neighborhood Halloween parade. There is no mention of trick-or-treating in this book; the focus is on everyone choosing their costumes. Daniel wants to be Tigey the Adventure Tiger, Miss Elaina wants to be a robot (my son's favorite part is when she says, "beep boop beep!"), O wants to be a traffic light, and Prince Wednesday wants to be a shiny gold rock from his rock collection. Katerina can't decide on her costume, trying to choose between a firefighter, superhero, ballerina or a mommy. So she decides to be all of them.It's cute to see the kids deciding what they want to be and creating their costumes themselves. My mom always helped us DIY our Halloween costumes growing up, and as my son grows I'll encourage him to be creative and make his own costume (I'll help) over purchasing one. Homemade costumes are so much better!

Interesting to both of our grandchildren ages 1&3. Vivid colors and cute story. Would buy it again for other children.

Cute book. Not DT's best in terms of any substance or lesson, but the kids liked it as a Halloween book. The characters dress up, Katarina dresses up as a bunch of things. The end of the books is all the characters in a halloween parade. They pictures are really cute. It's a short board book, probably best for 2-4 years old.

My son's favorite show. My wife and I love this show for our child. Every episode is a lesson worth learning. The characters are interesting and diverse. The show does a great job balancing learning and fun. The format of showing the cartoon characters learn something and then following it up with real life children practicing the same lesson in the segment right after really helps drive home that lesson for our child. I grew up with Mister Roger's Neighborhood so for me there is nostalgia in there as well.

My almost 4 year old loves Daniel tiger and this was at a great price point. He tends to rip these lift style books, so I’m sure it’s a matter of time, but has held up fine so far.

Bought this for my 3 yr old daughter who loves Daniel tiger and Halloween. Like that it’s hardcover and small enough for little hands.

great! my 2 year old grandson loves this book bought for him. The Lift the flaps are sturdy, and Daniel Tiger is all the rage in his age group! Wonderful, so close to Halloween as well.

Got it on sale when it wasn't Halloween. Still a good book and my son doesn't mind anyway. Will be good to have come Halloween.
