Q: How many can you make out of 5lb bag of concrete?

You said 5lb bag but I am guessing you meant 50lb bag of concrete. I buy the concrete in 60lb bags and it fills exactly 4 molds with no extra left.

Q: Do you have to seal the concrete after it dries?

You can, but you don't have to. The sealer will just prevent stains and it will last longer.
