There are a lot of complaints about the changes in these bars. Well, maybe you haven't noticed, but costs have been going up...the dollar isn't worth what it was...you can't expect companies to make these exactly the same forever. Have you seen the size of cereal boxes anymore? That being said, if you're health-conscious and are looking to avoid cheating on your diet with actual brownies, cookies, cakes, etc., these bars are outstanding! This particular flavor is exceptional! I ordered it from Amazon, and though the box arrived damaged, the bars were fresh, crispy, chewy, and rich with actual cocoa flavor. I don't eat these for the vitamins, no one should, they use a 2000 calorie a day average standard which isn't the average person AT ALL, and certainly not me. Also, people have no idea how many vitamins or minerals they need, let alone what is actually healthy to consume. Judging these bars by those standards is unfair, and frankly, ignorant. Not everyone needs iron, for example. Iron is not healthy in large amounts. Neither is calcium. Read the studies. I, for one, am glad they lowered those values. But, if you want a really delicious alternative to what you know is not healthy, like candy and baked goods, this is an exceptional option. Do not eat them constantly, they are not real food. They do not claim to be. They are snacks bars; exceptionally good snack bars! One more thing. Unless you have measured your glucose to know the effect these bars have on you, you are not qualified to speak on their healthfulness. I have done this and they do raise my glucose, but not a lot. I am physically fit, however. You should measure them, and everything you eat, for yourself. THAT'S how you know what's healthy for YOU. Do not blame Luna for your lack of self-knowledge. Otherwise, these are the best junk food replacement bars I've ever tasted. They are satisfying, no doubt from the soy protein and fiber, without blasting my blood sugar to the moon. I absolutely recommend them for fitness enthusiasts.

My grocery store does not carry these anymore. I am happy that they are available from this seller. I will be ordering from them again.

Very good snack

These are one of my favorite bars to have. It is difficult to find them in local stores. They did arrive with some squished bars. The box itself got a little squished. It looked like it shifted some in larger carton. They were still good, and I ate them all. These bars are expensive anywhere you go. Did make it convenient by not having to go anywhere and just order them online.

Luna Bars are amazing. For the first time, I'm able to have a quick, easy lunch that is good for me, fills me up, and tastes really good, unlike most of the protein/energy bars I've found. One Luna bar and a 16 oz bottle of water fills me up for an entire afternoon of work and I'm not hungry again until dinner time. I've tried other options such as Slim-Fast drinks & snacks that leave me hungry only an hour or two later. I've tried most of the flavors and my favorites are Cookies'n'Creme, Chocolate Peppermint Stick and Caramel Nut Brownie (notice the chocolate theme here?) What I really appreciate about Luna bars is that I quickly got used to their sweetness level and "real" candy tasted disgustingly sweet, so I began avoiding it. I can eat a Cookies'n'Creme bar and almost taste Oreo cookies; the Caramel Nut Brownies taste like brownies (different texture, same flavor) -- I feel like I'm indulging myself, so this is my "cheat" food, though it's really not cheating at all! I'd much rather grab a Luna bar than a candy bar nowadays!
