Purchased this item to be my secondary or extra jump rope as I thought the one I had already is good enough. I stand corrected! This item came in gray, but also had an additional cable that is red. Essentially you are getting 2 jump ropes for the price of one! The handles are weighted but not heavy (this is why 3 stars for lightweight. But do you really want a speed rope to be lightweight?). Enough to let you know they are of quality and will last. There is a swivel "ball" within the handle that allows for the line to spin freely and I was able to jump with this rope faster with less effort as a result. To sweeten the deal. They give you a mesh bag to carry the ropes in a more efficient manner. I will recommend Fit kings speed ropes to my fitness and boxing peers.

I have recently jumped (pun intended) into the world of jump rope fitness while we were all on lock-down this Spring (for those who read this years from now I'm referencing the horrible year that is known as 2020) In my jumping journey I decided to try out different brands to find one that felt the best for me. I have a Rouge SR-1, a RPM Sprint, and a RX Smart Gear rope. I was curious to see how this "budget friendly" rope would compare.Off the bat I was impresses by the packaging. Everything has a pouch to keep it in, some of the more pricey ropes do not have this. I liked that there was a travel bag, but also a plastic bag to keep the extra bits.The cable is very similar to my rouge (which was my favorite) but the handle has more in common with the RMP-but it is better quality than the Sprint model I have.I jump on a mat, but for the amount of time I've jumped I haven't seen any wear on the cable. I will update if this changes.Overall I am quite impressed with this budget rope, and I find it just as good-and slightly better than some of the more recognized brands. I would not hesitate to purchase this again.

I really like the colors, and the ease of use when spinning the jump rope. The length is great as well, I am 6'4" and sometimes jump ropes just don't have the right length for me and always get caught on my feet, but it was quite the contrary with this product. I was able to do 120 jumps in a single set without it catching my feet once. There was one thing I didn't like, for instance it is more like a jump wire than a jump rope, and that made it kind of weird to wind up for storage, because it wants to expand. Another thing that could improve this product would be to maybe add some rubber gripping which could also improve the look because there would be many variations for color.Overall the product is great, especially for the price, definitely recommended.

For $17 I didn't have my hopes up, but when I opened the package and took it out, I was pleasantly surprised! The handles are lightweight aluminum with bearings that spin very nicely. It comes with two cables and a pair of extra clamps and end caps. Also comes with a mesh bag, all inside a heavy duty ziploc bag. The VERY first time using it I got 76 double unders (my PR is 105). This rope truly impressed me. I would have expected to pay at least $50 for a rope like this. It's definitely on par with ropes in that price range and up!

I am a beginner at jump roping. As a busy mom, I ordered this in order to do some cardio exercises at home (between grocery shopping and kids activities).This rope is very thin and able to be spun very fast. Handles are light weight with good ball bearings and it is easy to adjust to your size/length.My kids are also excited seeing me jump rope and started to use my rope too. I have to buy some kid models for them too so we practice in the family All in all, a great rope for the price. Comes with a carrying bag & extra hardware!

I've used a couple speed ropes over the last few years, and I've never had a problem witht he rope getting bent out of shape before this rope. It happened on about the fourth use or so and has since gotten worse. I've wrapped every rope carefully and put it in the bag between uses, and this is. the only rope that has gotten bent like that.Other than that it seems to be a nice purchase. Handles are great, it is super light weight, having a bag is nice, adjustment is relatively easy. But there isn't a whole lot to get right when purchasing a jump rope, and if the rop part of the jump rope isn't right, then it's not a great purchase.I'd not recommend this rope to a friend, but it's not a horrible rope either. 3*.

What I really like is the fact that this jump rope actually has two sets of bearings at the handle-rope joint: a standard roller bearing, and an extra spherical bearing. That spherical bearing allows the rope find its optimum angle better, plus provides backup for very smooth spinning. The other thing I like is that its got knurled aluminum handles, which give it that slightly higher-quality, more-premium feel than smooth plastic handles.Oh and it came with two ropes. As a Gryffindor, I immediately swapped the the red rope in and the gray rope out.I have yet to stop whipping myself trying to master double-unders, but that will come.
