The most unusable print ever
2.5 kgs, the half page is a margin, the toc is very basic, just the main titles. My hand hurts from holding it honestly.

Book of big-boom
Hello there, so far I can say that; If ye decided to deep dive into the world of high abstraction then is the best book that ye can imagine.I found it easy to read and understand. I feel that this book was written by highly professional community that also understands of how to deliver content to its reader, I mean all is taken into the count in terms of how to make complicated content highly efficient in terms of explanation to the end-user.I came across many books but this one is a special one that might excel your vision of how the software is interacting with hardware.Must have book if you are a software engineer!Cheers!

... of the paper (the paper is a tiny bit better than tracing paper)
Same content as the more expensive version but you can see font from the other side of the paper (the paper is a tiny bit better than tracing paper). Not enough to warrant buying a 200$ version of the text when this is available for the quarter of the price (publisher could have used a better paper though). Before you buy consider the quality of paper and think again and it might be worth it.

Buyer Beware!
I just received this book yesterday and I noticed a couple problems with this book right away.1. There at large sections of text missing. For example, on page 96 there is a sentence that stops in the middle, page 97 has some garbled text and then page 98 starts with a whole new section, so the sentence is never completed. Page 400,section 6.6.2,starts but there is no text (just an example) and page 401 begins section 6.6.3(so no text for section 6.6.2). Section 7.5.2, page 466, indicates there is supposed to be a list following but page 467 is almost completely blank (more garbled formatting), and there is no list on 468. This goes on and on throughout the book.2. Some places have this weird gibberish formatting which, I believe, is that causes the missing text.I am including pictures of what I am talking about.3. It is an international edition, which would be no big deal except that I can’t contact Pearson because it was not an authorized sale. This is all stuff I found within a few minutes of perusing the book...I am sure there are going to be even more errors once I start reading it.
