Disappointed
Expensive item - cheaply made. Instructions lacking - website not all that helpful. This was a gift ...too late to return. Threw it away and bought y friend something else. Very disappointed. Does not work or adjust as described ...it's either too low or too high -- nothing in between. Instruction very vague.

Not enough sand
Everything is fine, except the sand, it is not enough, I adjusted the pendulum several times without any luck. It Is very disappointing, I was excited and looking forward to enjoy it, now I do not know what to do! The instructions says that you can order more sand for 12.00 dollars more! They should tellmyou before you buy it.

this is a beautiful product, but they dont give you enough sand, so it is useless,, completely useless. be sure you try it out before the 30 day window is done to be able to return it--sooooo disappointed.
