Forgot how good these are
Bought to decorate my desk red white and blue to celebrate the last election big win and haven’t had tootsie rolls in years. Forgot how good they are. Almost as good as the last election.

Packaging was not great, but the product still tasted ok.
The product was good but the packaging was a mess. It was flattened in a cardboard envelope and the product was squished, but being tootsie rolls, they survived somewhat, still edible but I could not use them for our 4th of July party. I wanted to return them, but it said not returnable - I wonder why?

Not right
The wrappers were odd. It’s as if the wax from the wrapper melted all over them. The taste/texture was slightly off too. Makes me wonder if they were stored in a weird, hot place. The cost was high and the quality was low. Not happy. I bought these for a party and ended up throwing them away because I would be embarrassed to give them out.

Candy for 4th of July
Eating patriotic Tootsie Rolls on the 4th has become part of the tradition in my family! Have had trouble finding them some years. Not this year!
