Good quality. Fits perfectly. Easy to replace. No MB star but looks and works like original.

Worked for me, and solved my problem. Reused circuit board and end piece that holds circuit board and has the ring on it.

The media could not be loaded. Glad I rolled the dice on this one. To those saying, “it’s not a real key”. No… it’s not. It a shell for you to transplant the already working internals from your existing worn out key.The swap was a little tricky. For me I YouTubed “w208 key shell replacement” and got a ton of results. The one with the paper clip hook, is how I ended up getting my circuit board house. Took all of 5 minutes, not a big deal at all. All of the buttons work, nice and firm again. Key turns in the ignition, just like it did 20 years ago. So glad I bought this. The ONLY gripe is that there isn’t a star on it. But I ordered a case for it anyways.

The shell is hard plastic which is not very good.

My fob started to fail. The unlock button stopped clicking. I was getting ready to pay over $300 to pay for a replacement FOB from the Mercedes Benz dealer. However, I decided to give this a try to see if it will fix the problem. It did! The fob circuit board fit perfectly and very inexpensive!

Was able to put the old parts in from old worn out one. The fit was perfect. It was easy to do if you go on line and see how it is done. Saved a lot of $$ not going to the dealer for original part.
