The fine mesh 3 pack.The mesh is very fine, which is perfect for my needs.Others find the mesh too fine.I though I would use the smaller one, but ended up using the middle size.I anticipate uses for all 3 sizes.Making Chili Crisp I need to cook the onions in oil, them strain them out before cooking other ingredients.I got these after chasing those onion bits around with a slotted spoon.The handle does not heat up in the boiling oil.The bowl to handle connection is sturdy enough to allow scraping the sides and bottom of the pan.I don't expect you could really reef on that connection - but it's not the tool for that job.Others have noted that they are hard to clean, and I expect that may be true for some foods.I found it fairly easy to gently scrub off the cooked on onion bits.

The fine mesh works perfectly for straining grease, gravy, and foam, while the long handle keeps hands safe from heat. The stainless steel is sturdy and durable, and having three sizes makes it easy to tackle different cooking tasks. Great quality and super useful

I should have got one of these years ago, it functions so much better than a regular mesh strainer/sifter. It is most excellent when making broth / stock. The mesh thickness is wonderful, I used to try to use coffee filters, they would just plug up and make a mess This works flawlessly, quickly and cleanly. It is very easy to use, the handle, shaft and screen is very sturdy. It really is a good design. If I ever need to replace it I will buy this same exact one again, this thing is great!

Nice quality, at a good price I saw others same price but less strainers. I got 3 with a coupon. So price was great, quality good too. The size of the cloth n the material were also good. These tools make it so easy scooping out of a hot pot. I recieved a lg, med n small. Get my dumplings out of the pot is now so much easier. I love the 3 n i was prepared to pay the same price for 1 n got 3 for the same price Over all very satisfied wit my purchase n I will buy from this company again.

I make a lot of chicken soup and I always get a white thick foamy substance on top that I hate and I’ve tried for years to figure out better ways of skimming it. I saw this and decided to try it. Where has this been all my life!? I can now scoop soups or anything else of the scum that comes to the top without removing all the fat that gives it flavor that also resides on the top. I’m going to also order now the one that’s about a 3 inch for other different broths that I use in smaller pans.Is gadget is a real winner and has saved me years of frustration and with great efficiency! So simple!
