Great Alternative to a Dentist Made Mouthguard
ProsThe product was super easy and fast to use. Snaps in at night securely. Price is amazing. Comes with a breathable storage case.ConsI am a seriously bad clencher at night and my only complaints about this mouthguard is I wish it covered more teeth in the direction toward my throat. Its a bit smaller then the one from my dentist. I also wish it was a little bit thinner. But overall for the price, ease of use, and if you are only an average grinder or clencher, I think this will work just fine.

Don’t buy, does not work
The media could not be loaded. I did not like this product. My dentist recommended getting a NightGuard because I grind my teeth at night. The estimated cost was $400 so I thought I’d try a cheaper alternative before dishing out the money. The instructions for this product are easy to follow, but the guard did not fit my teeth well. It’s too thin, it falls out if I’m not actively clenching my jaw, and it’s just generally uncomfortable to wear to sleep. I even reheated the mold and tried again, but it did not help.I bought this 2-pack because my boyfriend needed one too, but after seeing how mine turned out, he didn’t even bother to open his. I wanted to return them, but wasn’t sure if that was still an option since one was used.

better than my $200 dentist made one!
These are great! MUCH better and not so dang hard than the one I paid over $200 for from my dentist!

Follow the instructions, still can mess them up
The product works, but I've had better. So I ordered 2, first one I followed the instructions to the T, and the mouth guard was usable for about 3 days before it was bent, and didn't sit right in my mouth. I grind my teeth, yes. But the durability just didn't hold up. So I started to setup the second guard, and I skipped a step of taking the green mount away from the mouth guard - following the instructions in my head - and the green mount fused to the mouth guard. They're stuck together forever. Cool. There are better mouth guards out there. A+ for ease of prepping. A for night 1 use. D- for long term use.

Not bad for OTC guard
It feels a little insubstantial when you first take it out of box but it is handling the bite well. One thing for the company to consider is that the only directions you get are for a microwave process. For those who do not have a microwave you need to know how to do an alternative method. I had done them before so knew approximately how to do them with hot water in a pan. I brought a small pan of water to a simmer then turned it off and held guard under water for about 45 seconds, took it out and put it in a bowl of lukewarm water then put in mouth. That was about perfect. I did have to redo mine because I should have left it in my bite until it completely cooled. It shrunk a little after I had taken it out so was tight on my teeth. I just redid it and this time once my bite was set I rinsed ice water in my mouth with it in place and it is perfect now. I am pretty happy with it considering it is over the counter.
