Magnesium citrate contains approximately 16-18% of elemental magnesium. It means that each 400 mg gummy contains 64-72mg of elemental magnesium.

How much elemental magnesium per serving?

Good question. The label is the only  magnesium supplements label I’ve seen that leaves the daily percentage blank. So based on this listing and all information, there is absolutely no way to tell how much of the magnesium citrate is elemental magnesium. My guess is that there is only 72 Mg of magnesium in these and since the label doesn’t state, I’d LOVE for a rep of the company to answer and explain why the labeling is left blank and there is no listing for how much magnesium each gummy contains. 
For those who don’t understand elemental magnesium, you can buy a 600 Mg magnesium citrate gummy that only contains 100 Mg of actual magnesium…which is what you’re trying to get for your body. The FDA recommends 400-420 Mg per day of actual magnesium, and again…I’m guessing these each contain 72 Mg of magnesium but there is no way of knowing based on the labeling.
