Please ignore all the bad reviews on here I have bought 4 of these lights over the last couple of days and there is absolutely nothing wrong with them they are absolutely amazing and extremely bright you have to play about with the settings when they first arrive because they are stuck in dmx mode which means when you turn them on you won't get any light come through but it's really simple to program if you know what your doing only takes a couple of minutes to work it out and a lot of people are saying that the power cable is dangerous and keeps shorting out please ignore these comments as well there is nothing wrong with this product and well worth the money

Purchased a pair of these for a home/garden party (paid £135 with a flash deal on Amazon). They arrived in time and as per description. Very easy to set up and get going right away. If you want them to be in sync, you will need to purchase a DMX cable (make sure you get the right length if they are going to be positioned in separate places). They have the ability to be connected to a controller for professional/stage use but if you just want a simple plug and play set of lights then they work straight out the box too. They are very bright and go through a range of colours. There are detailed settings which can be adjusted too if you have the time. I think they could benefit from having a remote control so you dont need to keep adjusting on the actual lights. Also, you cant turn off the strobe feature if you wanted just the solid lights and less of a "club" feel (although the strobe/flashing only comes on every 10 or so seconds for a short burst). One negative is that the sound sensitivity cant be adjusted. I found that you really need the music turned up loud, or the lights set up very close (and music still fairly loud) for the lights to detect the sound and react. Also, in sound mode, they only transition/move/change colour whenever it detects a beat or sharp sound. If its a mellow song with no thump or drums, they lights will pretty much just be still and its a shame they dont move/react in quiet parts of songs (although for songs like this you might prefer changing to auto mode instead of sound mode) again..much easier to do this if there was a remote! Otherwise, great product for the price.

[UPDATED REVIEW] customer service at BETOPPER has been fantastic, they saw i was unhappy with my product and immediately reached out to offer me a refund. They are great and I will have a clear conscience buying from them again [ORIGINAL REVIEW] I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong here so leaving a review before returning in the hope that BETOPPER can advise me . One of the units works completely fine straight out of the box and i am happy with it however the other one is just dead. I plug in many different power leads into many different power outlets and the light just does not switch on. The internal fans and motors do not power up. The seven segment display does not light up. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] The only reason i'm hopeful that the product isn't completely broken is that when i plug in the faulty unit there is a tiny green LED that i can see deep inside that lights up? What is going on!! I would love to use both lights as a moving pair but i feel i will have to return them both and get a refund please help

Ordered a twin pack. Arrived in good time. One was scratched but working really well. Nice scanner. Very bright. The other had been tampered with. Working until hung on truss bar. Horrible clicking noise when light rotated. Stood it upright on its rubber feet. Clicking noise gone!! Nightmare. You get what you pay for. Cheap!!! Shame. They actually work well especially when fog is added.

Excellent bit of kit, instructions no use but YouTube is your friend. My mistake but thought I’d ordered the ones with remote controls, not very clear descriptions and what the difference is. I chose the slightly more expensive option assuming that would include a remote. Again, my mistake ftfq next time.
