I brought this for my brother and he uses it often and love how it is easy and quick to use.

My daughter is a goalkeeper so as you can imagine, plenty of injuries. I have always had KT Tape and it is really good but I bought this as it said extra sticky and boy it wasn’t joking!!I taped one knee with KT and the other with this sports tape. She said the sports tape felt far better than the KT Tape the extra stickiness made the taping feel more effective. It didn’t roll up after an 1.5 hour training session, unlike the KT Tape and it outlasted the KT Tape by 2 days!! This tape is now my go-to!!! Try it, you won’t be disappointed!!

When I bought this for swimming for tendinitis in the wrist my worry was that I'd have problems getting it off. I needn't have worried! Putting it on half an hour before going to the pool, as instructed, part of it was already loosening by the time I got there (where it went over another part of it in a different direction). It stuck to the skin better than it stuck to itself. That piece was drifting around as I swam and almost dropped off where it was attached to the skin. The other piece sort of held on but was no problem to take off at all. There surely must be something that works better. This was my third different pack and none of them seem wonderful.

I must agree it helped me prevent further injury. Adhesive is decent. But after a day or two, I started getting rashes and it was itchy.

Doesn't stick ad soo. As you put it on it starts to become u stuck completely waist of money very dissapointed with this product

The best tape I’ve tried - tried half a dozen brands and this is the best for lasting. Stays fully stuck for days. Survives multiple showers and doesn’t sweat off. Just make sure you apply to fully clean and dry skin. Also very good supportive tape. Won’t buy another brand now.
