my dessicators plate got melted because of the heat(my lab sample). so can i just buy the plate ?

We don't sell the plates separately, but if you do a search for "plate for dessicator" there are a few different sizes available from other sellers in porcelain that might work for you. There is even one from Bel-Art for high heat.

Do you supply replacement o-rings? If not is there a way to find them elsewhere? Thanks.

Ours didn't come with a supply of spare o-rings, but maybe call Bel-Art. That said, we've been using some of ours for a couple of years now, pumping down and degassing liquid resins, and we're still on our first O-ring. They're pretty tough little bugs.

Can you regenerate desiccant, by evacuating with just the desiccant in the unit.

Best way I know to regenerate desiccant is to heat it while purging with thermally conductive gas. My team does this with nitrogen and then pulls vacuum on the desiccant to remove any bulk water leftover.
